Almost 3 1/2 years old!


A lot has happened since I updated this last. The biggest thing in our lives now is Abby started preschool this year! She loves it. From the first day, it was "Bye Mom, see you later!"

There are so many things Abby can do now. She can count up to 13 [she insists that the next number is eleventeen but that's ok. :-)] She can recite her alphabet and knows her letters up to 'E' on site. She knows so many songs I can't count them and she loves to sing! She is a very independent little girl. We won't discuss potty training and I'm sure she's just fine with that!
Her favority show is no longer The Wiggles but she still loves watching them. This week she's more into Rolie Polie Olie and The Higgly Town Heroes! She loves to play dress up and has accumulated quite a collection of princess dress/nightgowns! The other big change for us is my mother's mother has come to live in the retirement community nearby. She is almost exactly in between Mom and I distance wise and Abby is really enjoying her "Gigi" living so close. Whenever we drive by she points our Gigi's house to anyone who is in the car! Next week she goes for her first official trip to the dentist but she doesn't know about it yet. We'll see what she thinks of him afterwards! All and all, she is a happy kid and I can't complain one bit! Thanks for stopping by our site. Not much has been updated outside of Abby's page but I'm working on it!
